This 12-hectare blueberry farm, established in 2012<\/strong>, is one of the most stable and high-performance agricultural projects of its kind in Central Europe. The farm specializes in cultivating premium Canadian blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum)<\/strong>, renowned for their superior quality, long shelf life, rich flavour profile, and strong market demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With advanced drip-irrigation systems<\/strong>, precise nutrient management, and more than a decade of agronomic expertise, the farm consistently produces around 240 tons of blueberries annually<\/strong>, generating a net annual profit of approximately CZK 15 million<\/strong> \u2014 equal to roughly EUR 620,000<\/strong>, GBP 548,000<\/strong>, and USD 719,000<\/strong>. Over twelve years of operation, the farm has established stable partnerships with buyers and export distributors, ensuring long-term market security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To support expansion, modernization, and increased processing capacity, the project offers bonds with an 11% annual yield<\/strong>, directly backed by the farm\u2019s production, tangible assets, and proven cash flow. These bonds represent an attractive investment tool for investors seeking stable returns, asset-backed security, and exposure to a well-established agricultural business<\/strong> with measurable, long-term performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
